The purpose and intent of this Online Message Board is to increase transparency by allowing the public to view and comment on information related to City business outside of noticed meetings, without taking action or votes in a manner consistent with the Texas Open Meetings Act (TOMA). Public comments shall be permitted subject to moderation. Comments must be relevant to City business. Political campaigning, fundraising, and commercial solicitations are prohibited.
